William (Bill) Welsh Bill Welsh is a senior partner in the Mackenzie Forbes Group Bill has over 40 years experience in Supply Chain Management with some of the biggest company's in the world, General Motors Holden's , Ford Motor Company Nissan Motor Company, Toyota Motor Company, BOC Gases to name a few. Bill's expertise on dealing with these company's was in the arena of Logistics and packaging. Bill's formal education encompassed Materials Management, Engineering and Pack Development, Business Administration, New Business development, Finance and Quality Assurance. Bill is a sort after key note speaker at various Supply Chain Management and Logistic Forums. Bill was the founder and CEO of a national Packaging and Logistics company that employed some 130 people. He ran and managed this company for 14 years until it was sold to a multi national group. Since then he has helped develop a very successful stainless steel manufacturing and import business in Queensland that services Queensland health and the ever growing boating industry in that state. This business is run by Bill's family. Apart from Bill's natural Marketing and Business development skills He has extensive National and International experience negotiating complex logistical contracts. Bill is a tireless contributor to Overseas Aid Programmes and is revered within the Cambodian Community. Meagan Paterson
Meagan heads up International Business for MFG. Prior to MFG Meagan spent over 10 years managing factories, where she was responsible for the profitable running of plants, ensuring the best utilization of people and resources. This included setting and achieving budgets and monitoring the financial position. As General Manger of Auscore, Meagan maintained a hands-on management style, dealing with customers, suppliers and staff. Her entrepreneurial expertise has seen her in high demand by businesses for setting budgets and cashflows. Currently Meagan is directing her time to developing the international market for procurement oversight of major projects, given the current economic climate. Meagan graduated with a Bachelor Business (Acc) from Victoria University.

Michael Paterson
Michael is co-founder of MFG, bringing with him diverse knowledge and experience OF WHAT AND HOW. He is responsible for the PPS Software, constantly working to bring improvements to it.
Prior to founding MFG, Michael worked with Meagan to establish and develop Halqen, an Australian manufacturer of Stainless Steel Products for the Medical Industry. At Halqen, Michael implemented structural organisation policies for the manufacturing facility and the personnel. He handled projects ranging from designing and developing ‘one off' products, to working with multi-national organisations in meeting their diverse needs. With a background in engineering consulting he worked alongside corporations like Toll Logistics where he successfully implemented ISO9002 for their 3 plants and designed packaging for the automotive aftermarket. He was also responsible for introducing into Australia a $2.7 million Plastics Extruding Line, setting up all processes and training staff. Michael successfully handled the logistics and set up the standard times for the outsourcing by Ford Motor Company of their after market packaging, a first for Ford in Australia. Michael achieved a Bachelor in Engineering (Ind.)+comp from Monash University, and a Masters Acc from Victoria University.
